4. Photo/Video: Capture beautiful photos or videos of your dish, showcasing your cooking skills. Your presentation is crucial! Show how beautiful your dish looks. Pay attention to lighting and background.
5. Sharing: Share the photo or video of your cooked dish on your Instagram page. Use the hashtag #YoraCookingCompetition.
6. Follow the YORA Instagram page.
7. Publication and Prizes: Selected cooking creations will be announced on YORA's social media pages. The best cooking creations will be selected, and surprise prizes will be given.

Judges will decide based on the visual presentation of your dish and how creatively you've used the YORA oil.
